EB 30 Motorized Sweeper

A letter and an apology to all our customers

As many of you know, we have been in and out of stock of our EB30, the new “motorized sweeper” we introduced just a few months ago.

We knew this would be a popular item; however, we had no idea just how popular. I am happy to say our production is now up to speed and we are even having parts air-delivered to our factory instead of shipped to help move things along. We anticipate being able to fill all back orders within the next couple of weeks. So, for those of you who have waited patiently, our sincere thanks and apologies.

It seems that every so often, a product comes to market that causes a minor sensation. But it usually involves the latest toy or gadget for Christmas and not a piece of cleaning equipment.

The EB30, for those who do not know, is an extremely cost-effective, light, and ergonomically designed electric sweeper. The super-quiet unit has an adjustable handle and long-life battery that can be quickly recharged.

We have found the groups most excited about the machine—and those who have waited the longest—include:

• Hotels and restaurants
• Medical facilities
• Schools
• Retail stores
• Contract cleaning companies

We also hear from our reps that the EB30 has proved to be a perfect complement to Day Cleaning, most likely because users can barely hear the machine in operation.

The machine comes with a standard battery that can be recharged up to 400 times. We also have a “Quick-Charger” available, but along with back orders for the machine itself, we are just now catching up on orders for the Quick-Charger as well.

So to all of you, thank you for your interest in our EB30. We are indeed flattered. We know this versatile little machine will be worth the wait and are doing our very best to get it to your showrooms and to work as soon as possible.
